FOR SOLO FOUNDERS AND SMALL TEAMS

Run a bigger engineering loop without hiring a bigger team.

Set up Alfred on a Mac mini, spare MacBook, or Linux box you choose, sign in with the subscriptions you already pay for, and let coding agents turn rough plans into PRs while you handle the decisions only you can make.

WHILE YOU ARE AWAY

Three times you do not have to be at the keyboard.

Alfred works from a Mac, Linux box, or server you control during the hours the rest of your week cannot cover. For overnight work, use a host you leave awake or a small dedicated box.

While you sleep

On its configured cadence overnight, Lucius works through the tasks Drake lined up during the day. You wake up to pull requests and review notes.

[03:42] lucius PR #1248 opened
[05:11] ras-al reviewed PR#1247

While you are in meetings

You step into a call and the agents keep going. A Slack summary tells you what opened and what is worth a look when you come back.

[14:00] meeting block started
[14:20] lucius worktree opened
[14:35] PR #1252 opened, severity=info

While you are deep in your own work

You are heads-down on a feature only you can write. Drake reads your plans, files the next three tasks, and Lucius starts on them before you look up.

[10:02] drake filed 3 agent:implement issues
[10:24] lucius claimed #312
WHERE YOU STAY IN CONTROL

Where Alfred stops and you decide.

Alfred can open pull requests, run review, fix comments, and merge small safe PRs when you enable that policy. Large plans and risky work wait for your approval.

You approve big plans in Slack

Batman waits for your go-ahead before it files a multi-repo plan. Any agent about to do something it cannot undo posts a draft to Slack and waits for your reply.

Spending limits are firm

You set a limit per day and per agent, and the providers cap usage on their side too. When any limit is reached, the run stops cleanly.

You review before anything merges

Ra's al Ghul leaves comments and marks the pull request. Automerge only handles PRs that meet the policy you set: old enough, green CI, reviewed, and no unresolved blocker comments.

No production access by default

The default setup does not need live database passwords or billing keys. Alfred only gets the repo, Slack, AWS, and environment access you explicitly grant to that host.
